COLLECTIONS. Capsule is a lucky dip-style shopping event for you to buy pre-worn/brand-new items that have been sitting in the wardrobes and storage units of our special guests. Volume 1’s capsule is being provided by Julie Adenuga and RF Studios / Rhea Francois.

The event is happening on Saturday 8th June at UNDR in west London. The closest tube station is Ladbroke Grove. You can buy tickets to the 12:00 - 13:30pm slot and/or the 14:30 - 16:00 slot.

We want this event to be a new and exciting experience to what you’re used to. We’ve got DJs, drinks, food and of course clothes and they’re all included in your ticket price. COLLECTIONS. Capsule is a lucky dip-style event where you’re guaranteed to get your money’s worth and have a great time!

Our size ranges are:

Clothes: XS - M

Jackets: S - M

Footwear: 5 - 7

You can pick any 4 items of your choice. Please note there is a restriction of 1 shoe and 1 outdoor jacket per person.

Please arrive 20 minutes before your shopping slot so our team can check your ticket and give you a band before your slot begins.

There are no fitting rooms in the venue.

We’re working with a great tailoring and repairs brand called SOJO. They will be onsite to help with alterations for a discounted rate specifically for our attendees.

You can tell them exactly what you need, and give them your measurements and within a few days you’ll get your amended item delivered to your door.

Unfortunately we won’t be issuing refunds. All tickets are subject to terms and conditions at the point of sale.

Wow - we knew you’d love the pieces but not this much! We want to make sure every single person who buys a ticket gets a good amount of options to choose from. This means each shopper can only pick a maximum of 4 items. If you would like to take home more, you will need to purchase a ticket for a different shopping slot.

Not at all. We will provide you with shopping bags. We do ask that you leave any large bags at home as there’ll be nowhere to store them and we don’t want them to get in the way of your shopping spree.

Our bag policy is as follows:

You will be permitted to have an A4 size bag or smaller. One bag is allowed per person. We will class small bags as no larger than A4 size or standard handbags.

NOTE: Backpacks, travel cases, laptop bags, camera bags and large tote bags are NOT permitted inside.

Absolutely, our amazing ticket partner DICE has a transfer option with their app. We cannot facilitate this on the day, so please ensure all ticket swaps are handled before arrival.
